What happens after my first year expire?
We will contact you to confirm your interest in renewing your web hosting plan. Depending on the plan you choose, we will discuss the payment terms. We will only bill you for hosting after the first year, unless you request an update. (All hosting prices are subject to change.)
How do I order and what happens next?
After you have clicked “Contact Us” and submitted the form, we will reach out to schedule a video call. During the call, you can share your vision for your website, and we will discuss your specific needs and requirements. Once we have a clear understanding of your goals, we will send you our payment information. Upon receiving payment, we will create a few demo websites to gauge your interest. Once you have chosen a design and are satisfied with it, we will implement it on your website using your domain name. You have two months to request any changes to your website.
What if I don't like my website?
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. You have 2 months from the date of purchase to request any updates or revisions to the entire website.
What are the steps involved in hosting my website?
eSaleCord Online will manage the administration of your website for the first year, unless you prefer to use your own hosting or take over the administration and continue using our hosting. We do this to ensure that all of our customers’ websites are up to date with the latest security patches and best practices.
After the first year, Esalecord Online will no longer be responsible for any website breaks or malfunctions caused by user error. Any necessary repairs will be charged accordingly.
